Please take into account that in the event of credit card advance fee payment, your booking is automatically secured and you will receive the booking confirmation on the website and via e-mail.
If you have selected the bank transfer option for advance fee payment, you will receive an e-mail booking notification with details of your booked dates and instructions for completing the booking. For completing the booking, you will need to follow the instructions from the received notification and then confirm the booking. After this, you will receive details for payment. You will have to complete the payment within the next couple of days so we could receive the payment within 3 (three) working days. If we have not received your payment after the expiry of the said deadline, your booking will be cancelled. The bank transfer might not be possible if your arrival date is less than 30 days away.
All prices include VAT and tourist fees for all the members of your group.
PAYMENT WITH A FOREIGN CREDIT CARD
The amount that we will charge you will be in Euro (EUR). If you have money in another currency on your credit card, the conversion into Euro will be done according to your company’s exchange rate. As a result of the conversion, slight variations between the price indicated on our website and the one charged to you are possible. Molo Longo agency shall not be deemed responsible for any price differences that are the result of currency conversions.
Once the online payment has been completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail.
Terms of cancellation
If you wish to cancel your payment, please contact us in writing via e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your reasons for cancelling.
