This beautiful villa of unique interior design is located in the town of Veprinac, near Opatija. The villa is 6 km away from the Mali Raj (Small Heaven) Beach, and you can also enjoy the view of the beautiful sea from the villa. Surrounded by green forests, infused in the scent of local herbs, while the crickets sing in the background, this villa is the perfect choice for a holiday in the real sense of the word.

As much as 290 square metres is at your disposal for true enjoyment, with four bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. When we say holiday in the full sense of the word, we mean it. Apart from authentic nature, here you can enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi and the fitness centres, and you can always seek refreshment in the spacious outdoor pool with deck chairs and umbrellas. There is also the large terrace with a table and benches, as well as the grill where you can prepare your favourite steak or fish delicacy. For the playful ones, there is the pool table and darts.

The yard also features a children’s playground with plenty of amenities for fun and play. Likewise, the villa offers free private parking.

About the location

The charming town of Veprinac lies on the hills of the Učka mountain range, and its name is derived from the plant veprina that grows in this location. The town is located near Opatija, which is known for it’s reputation of the perfect holiday destination.

A famous winter resort during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the elegance and rich history of this town will transport you to a world of ball dances and aristocratic gardens. Lungomare, also known as the Franz Joseph I promenade, is the ideal spot for an idyllic walk by the sea. Not only will you enjoy the fresh sea air, but you will also have the opportunity to explore the history of this area and visit the picturesque towns near Opatija – Volosko, Ičići, Ika and Lovran.

Regarding famous sights in Opatija, nothing says elegance as its villas and hotels. One of the most famous ones is the Hotel Kvarner, which opened in 1884, and there is also the Villa Angiolina which has been turned into the Croatian Tourism Museum.

We definitely recommend the local gastronomic specialties, particularly local wines, meat and fish delicacies and gourmet snails.
