Villa Jasmine

This magical villa is located near Opatija, in the town of Ružići. Its name derives from the jasmine flower whose enchanting scent fills the villa’s garden. Apart from the jasmine flowers, the garden holds a roofed gazebo with a spacious table that seats 10, a large pool of distinctive shape, as well as tennis courts for those of you who are more sport-inclined.

Spreading over 700 square meters, the villa can host 14 people. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, two of which feature hydro-massaging tubs, and two living rooms that are over 100 square metres each, you definitely don’t have to worry about having enough room. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and satellite programmes, and there is also a safe for storing your valuables. Additional equipment includes a washing machine, drier and air conditioning.

You can show off your culinary skills in one of the three fully-furnished kitchens or rent our private chef. In the winter, enjoy a warm cup of tea next to one of the fireplaces, and in the summer we invite you to try some of the 170 varieties of traditional wines from our wine cellar.

Experience true luxury offered by Villa Jasmin and its wellness and spa centre, and three types of sauna. Think that’s all? The hosts have thought of really everything, and so Villa Jasmin offers a gym, a children’s playground with a swing, slide and a trampoline, as well as a separate dog house.

In order to make sure you have absolutely nothing to worry about, the villa offers two garage parking spaces and six outdoor ones, three of which are roofed.

About the location

Ružići is a small town near Opatija, which is known for it’s reputation of the perfect holiday destination.

A famous winter resort during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the elegance and rich history of this town will transport you to a world of ball dances and aristocratic gardens. Lungomare, also known as the Franz Joseph I promenade, is the ideal spot for an idyllic walk by the sea. Not only will you enjoy the fresh sea air, but you will also have the opportunity to explore the history of this area and visit the picturesque towns near Opatija – Volosko, Ičići, Ika and Lovran.

Regarding famous sights in Opatija, nothing says elegance as its villas and hotels. One of the most famous ones is the Hotel Kvarner, which opened in 1884, and there is also the Villa Angiolina which has been turned into the Croatian Tourism Museum.

We definitely recommend the local gastronomic specialties, particularly local wines, meat and fish delicacies and gourmet snails.
