This uniquely decorated villa covers an area of 247 square metres and contains four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, while additional equipment includes a washing machine. The interior is designed with modern furniture of straight lines and neutral colours and all of the rooms are filled with natural light. For entertainment, there is the movie hall and a gaming room. The central part of the villa outdoors is definitely the spacious pool with deck chairs, umbrellas and a sofa. After a refreshing swim in the pool, we suggest you enjoy your favourite drink at the bar with a counter. On the other side of this spacious terrace, there is a grill, as well as a table for eight. The villa also ensures private parking spaces.

About the location

The small and charming town of Babići that counts only 500 people is located seven kilometres from Umag, which is a sort of gateway to Istria when arriving from the north.

The coast of the picturesque Istrian town Umag spreads over 45 kilometres and it boasts a very interesting hinterland. The old centre of the town is filled with rich historic sights such as Venetian houses and Renaissance and Baroque buildings and churches.

We definitely recommend that you visit the Umag city walls, as well as the hillside in the hinterland, which is full of old vantage points. Savudrija is only nine kilometres from Umag – we warmly recommend a visit to the lone lighthouse and its 36-metres-high tower.

If you visit Umag during July, don’t miss the chance to visit the world-famous tennis tournament Croatia Open Umag.

Out of the many beaches, our favourite is the beautiful Laguna Stella Maris, which is surrounded by the enchanting pine forest.
